Haswell mobile fits in Shark Bay platform

We got a scoop on Intel’s plans for Haswell, the successor to Ivy Bridge in the mobile market. It is not big surprise to know that second generation 22nm processor comes roughly a year after Chief River and Ivy Bridge processor.
The 2013 platform is codenamed Shark Bay and hits all-day battery life, properly meaning that a day lasts 8 hours. Haswell is a dual- or quad-core 22nm new architecture that supports turbo boost technology, hyperthreading and the quad core version can take care of 8MB cache.
It comes in type 3 BGA rPGA packaging and it supports 2 channel DDR3L 1600 memory. The next generation graphics core supports DirectX 11.1, OpenGL 3.2and OCL 1.2. the CPU has Fully Integrated Voltage Regulator, Enhanced Hardware assisted Security features and AVX 2.0+ and AES-NI New Instructions as well as support for PCIe Gen 3.
In 2013 notebooks with Shark Bay will support three independent displays and one of the outputs supports 4K resolution (3840 x 2160). This is the maximum resolution possible on external Display port at 60Hz. It comes with Display Port 1.2 as well as HDMI 1.4 support.
All this comes in 2013, between mart and June 2013. It is almost safe to say that we are looking at Q2 2013 for availability.
