Liquid cooled HD 7970 for €729,90/£599.99

We have stumbled upon a couple of listings for Powercolor's yet to be announced HD 7970 LCS Edition card and although still not available these are currently listed at €729.99 in Germany and £599.99 inc. VAT over at Overclockers.co.uk.

In case you missed it, the Powercolor HD 7970 LCS Edition comes pre-fitted with EK's Nickel Acetal Waterblock and works at 1050MHz for the GPU and 1425MHz for the same 3GB of GDDR5 memory paired up with a 384-bit memory interface. The card has a pretty decent factory overclock and EK's waterblock will certainly do a good job in keeping the temps down, but it also depends on the rest of the liquid cooling system.

The new Powercolor HD 7970 LCS Edition should be interesting to those that aren't too keen to fiddle around with custom water blocks as this one also comes with a 2-year warranty period.

You can find the German Snogard listing here and the Overclockers.co.uk listing is here.
