After Mobile Unpacked event

According to the post over at Android Central, it appears that the international versions of the Samsung Galaxy S III will get its share of Jelly Bean sometime next week, after Samsung's Mobile Unpacked event.

Android Central said that the info came from sources familiar with Samsung's plans and the firmware is actually in its final stages of testing. The Samsung Mobile Unpacked event kicks of on Wednesday, August 29th when Samsung is expected to announce its newest Galaxy Note II phablet.

The Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for Samsung Galaxy S III should start rolling out international versions shortly after the event and it is expected to be available for a number of countries including the UK.

Unfortunately, there is still no information regarding the Snapdragon S4 equipped Galaxy S III that roams the U.S. and Canada, but there is no doubt that these will get their fair share of update as well.
